    The system validates each packet and blocks printing until accuracy is achieved.

3. Automatic Box-Level Labeling

After placing 3 validated packets (96 units) inside the box, the system prints a standardized label including:

  • Item code (20-digit alphanumeric)

  • Size code (10-digit alphanumeric)

  • Item description (50 characters)

  • Manufacturing month & year

  • Batch number

  • MRP

  • QR code with complete product data

4. Operator-Friendly Interface

Operators only select:

  • Machine number

  • Shift

  • Item code
    All other fields populate automatically, minimizing training and error risk.

5. Verified QR & Barcode Accuracy
